Pickard USA offers 5 and 6 gallon gas tank extension for your custom Harley. We have the best tank stretch kit that flows into your side cover. Before, we were stretching tanks by hand, one by one, which was not cost effective to our customers. We have molded our signature tank stretch and now offer an easy bond-on tank extension. This kit stretches your tank back INTO your side cover, not straight on top of the side cover like every other tank stretch. Your eyes will be drawn to a natural flowing line from the front of the tank into your side cover. This flow makes for great paint jobs and adds the finishing details to your custom bagger.

Our extended dashes are designed to be used with our stretched tank kits. They come complete with all brackets and trim edging to install and mount to your stock tank. They come long enough for you to cover all the wires from your fuel pump, and can be trimmed to your desired length. Pop up gas caps are included in this package deal.
