Hey, I’m Jevon with Pickard USA. I’m gonna show you how to set your front end play on your big wheel bagger. To properly set the frontend we’re gonna first check for vertical slop by pulling up and down on the front axle. Tighten the front end until all the vertical slop is gone. To check the fall away of the front end, push the wheel all the way over to one side and let go. The wheel should come back to the center on its own. If you push the wheel all the way over and it doesn’t move it is too tight. You need to loosen the front end. When you let go of the front end and it goes too far past the center you need to tighten the front end. If you have any questions give us a call.
