The Pickard USA rear fender is smooth up top and fills the gap between the fender and saddle bags. It comes with a flush mount radius license plate frame with a built in LED run, turn, and brake light. This rear fender is a true Harley replacement fender, not a flimsy cover. Bolt on this package and you’ve got one clean ass! This kit allows you to use your stock docking hardware, tour pack, and back rest. The bags are stretched down 4 inches and ready for paint. Included in the Package is the Pickard USA Rear Fender, Integrated License Plate Frame, and 4″ Extended Saddle Bags. 2014 and newer fitments are also available.
